Laravel 11 upgrade not working with Nova 4.27.13 due to inertiajs/inertia-laravel

• Operating System and Version: Ubuntu 22

Description:

When trying to upgrade to Laravel 11, I receive the following notice:

Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.

  Problem 1
    - inertiajs/inertia-laravel v0.4.5 requires laravel/framework ^5.4|^6.0|^7.0|^8.0 -> found laravel/framework[v5.4.0, ..., v5.8.38, v6.0.0, ..., v6.20.44, v7.0.0, ..., v7.30.6, v8.0.0, ..., v8.83.27] but it conflicts with your root composer.json require (^11.0).
    - inertiajs/inertia-laravel[v0.5.2, ..., v0.6.3] require php ^7.2|~8.0.0|~8.1.0 -> your php version (8.2.17) does not satisfy that requirement.
    - inertiajs/inertia-laravel v0.6.4 requires laravel/framework ^6.0|^7.0|^8.74|^9.0 -> found laravel/framework[v6.0.0, ..., v6.20.44, v7.0.0, ..., v7.30.6, v8.74.0, ..., v8.83.27, v9.0.0, ..., v9.52.16] but it conflicts with your root composer.json require (^11.0).
    - inertiajs/inertia-laravel[v0.6.5, ..., v0.6.11] require laravel/framework ^6.0|^7.0|^8.74|^9.0|^10.0 -> found laravel/framework[v6.0.0, ..., v6.20.44, v7.0.0, ..., v7.30.6, v8.74.0, ..., v8.83.27, v9.0.0, ..., v9.52.16, v10.0.0, ..., v10.48.3] but it conflicts with your root composer.json require (^11.0).

    - Root composer.json requires laravel/nova 4.27.13 -> satisfiable by laravel/nova[4.27.13].

It appears I cannot upgrade from Laravel 10 to 11 due to being locked into Nova v4.27.13 and it's requirement for inertia-laravel.
Are there plans to fix this dependency issue ?

Same issue here, trying to upgrade to Laravel 11 from Laravel 10.

    - laravel/nova 4.0.0 requires inertiajs/inertia-laravel ^0.4.5|^0.5.2 -> found inertiajs/inertia-laravel[v0.4.5, v0.5.2, v0.5.3, v0.5.4] but it conflicts with your root composer.json require (^1.0).
  Problem 2
    - sereny/nova-permissions[v1.3.0, ..., v1.6.0] require laravel/nova ^4.0 -> satisfiable by laravel/nova[4.0.0].

Use the option --with-all-dependencies (-W) to allow upgrades, downgrades and removals for packages currently locked to specific versions.

Looking forward to install Laravel Reverb after upgrading.
