#24240 added
newModelQuery()(under a different name) that returns a new query without scopes,$withor$withCount. The PR used the new method to replacenewQuery()where it caused issues or added unnecessary complexity (INSERT/UPDATE/DELETE queries).This PR replaces the remaining occurrences of
newQuery()in UPDATE/DELETE queries.
