[Proposal] Artisan controller:make call dump-autoload after

I think controller:make should work like migrate:make which call the composer dump-autoload.

If you update your Laravel 4 start/global.php file to include the stuff I pushed yesterday for the ClassLoader, this should no longer be an issue.
