Allow route name with Route::redirect

Currently, Route::redirect accept and URI as destination as shown in documentation

I think it might be interesting to allow the use of a route name, to avoid this longer syntax :

Route::get('/path', function () {
    return redirect()->route('route.name');
});

Which could then be replaced as follows

Route::redirect('/path', 'route.name');
