Published Marketplace template returns 404 and is not searchable

Hi Dify team and community,

I’m experiencing an issue with a template published through Dify Creator Center.

I have already opened a bug report here:

#36703

The template has been approved and shows PUBLISHED in Creator Center, but the public Marketplace page opened from View Live returns:

404 Template not found or deleted

The template also cannot be found in Marketplace search after more than 48 hours.

I have already tried:

• Waiting more than 48 hours
• Refreshing the Creator Center page
• Opening the View Live URL in an incognito window
• Searching Marketplace by the template name and keywords
• Keeping the template unchanged after reporting the issue

The template information is:

• Template name: 建筑防火规范智能问答助手（GB 55037-2022 RAG）
• Language: 中文
• Category: Knowledge

I would like to know whether this is a known Marketplace indexing or public page generation issue, and whether Dify Cloud / Creator Center publishing issues are handled in the main GitHub repository or through another support channel.

Additional details:

• Creator Center shows the template status as PUBLISHED

• View Live still returns 404 Template not found or deleted

• Marketplace search cannot find the template by:

  • 建筑防火规范智能问答助手
  • GB 55037-2022
