  • Faveo Version : Community 1.10.3
  • PHP version : 7.2.11
  • Database Driver & Version : MySQL 5.6.36
  • Server specification : Linux kernel 4.4.89

Description:

When I view ticket details on the Client Panel page see incorrect date "Due date" - "01/01/1970 02:00:00" . Created date is correct.
obraz

In Dashboard / Agent Panel when I view the same ticket I see correct due date - "30/11/2018 13:53:30"
obraz

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Client Panel - login in and create new ticket.
  2. View new ticket details - check due date value.
  3. Admin/Agent Panel - log in and next view above ticket details - check due date value.
  4. Compare both due date values.

To do:

  • Check there is time zone field for users, agents, admin in their profile
  • Check if there is time zone defined at system level. System time zone is used in places where user is not logged in
  • While saving things to database, convert time zone from user time to UTC
  • While retrieving data from database, convert time zone from UTC to use time zone
  • Display date time in a format throughout the system, that is defined at system level. In the above issue SLA data time is in a different format compared to create date and last response

The above functionality should be implemented throughout the system at central level
