Puts the titlebar back on your Xcode windows.
Build the BarBack target and copy BarBack.xcplugin to ~/Library/Application Support/Developer/Shared/Xcode/Plug-Ins.
- Hopefully no more crashing when Running (Issue #1)
If you enter and leave fullscreen or toggle the visibility of the toolbar, the titlebar disappears.
