Incorrect date is selected after selecting an hour in twelve-hour mode by keyboard #574

When we select hours in the twelve-hour mode from the keyboard, the previously selected date changes to the next day.

This happens when the browser time is after noon. The date changed only after selecting the hour from the keyboard via Enter presed
