CLI init experience

• CLI
  • All the components that are deployed should be listed as deploying.... deployed ✅ (goal is to provide feedback to the user while installing)
  • When doing it through the CLI regardless if the user provided a namespace or not it should be printed which is the namespace that is going to be used.
  • helm values file that is going to be used by the CLI should be able to be retrieved by the user testkube init --get-values
  • helm values file should be able to be updated the same manner an helm chart would testkube init --set-values myfile.yaml
