This is a blog post on behalf of SIG-Network for the v1.23 release, on the topic Dual-stack IPv4/IPv6 Networking (tracking issue, supporting KEP).

We may have further sig-network edits coming from @aojea, but in general I think this is ready for sig-docs comments.
