The only indication about documentation is the README.md where it indicates that --vm-driver=none requires Docker.

However, running docker ps --all produces nothing..

Can we add some documentation to docs/drivers.md?

Issues go stale after 90d of inactivity.
Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale.
Stale issues rot after an additional 30d of inactivity and eventually close.

Prevent issues from auto-closing with an /lifecycle frozen comment.

If this issue is safe to close now please do so with /close.

Send feedback to sig-testing, kubernetes/test-infra and/or @fejta.

The none driver seems to be fairly unknown. Better documentation should help with that IMO.

Maybe because

WARNING: IT IS RECOMMENDED NOT TO RUN THE NONE DRIVER ON PERSONAL WORKSTATIONS
The 'none' driver will run an insecure kubernetes apiserver as root that may leave the host vulnerable to CSRF attacks
