kubevirt addon doesn't init kubevirt ns and it's content

What Happened?

After enabling the kubevirt addon the install.sh (ref: deploy/addons/kubevirt/pod.yaml.tmpl) can't be executed.
Reason: curl isn't available in the kubevirt-install-manager container.
