BUG REPORT

Environment:
Windows 10 fairly recently updated, but not any advance insider version

Minikube version (use minikube version):
minikube version: v0.21.0

What happened:
Ran with no args, which invokes helptext by default.

In the helptext is the golang testing flags.

 .\minikube.exe
Minikube is a CLI tool that provisions and manages single-node Kubernetes clusters optimized for development workflows.

Usage:
  minikube [command]

Available Commands:
  addons           Modify minikube's kubernetes addons
  completion       Outputs minikube shell completion for the given shell (bash)
  config           Modify minikube config
  dashboard        Opens/displays the kubernetes dashboard URL for your local cluster
  delete           Deletes a local kubernetes cluster
  docker-env       Sets up docker env variables; similar to '$(docker-machine env)'
  get-k8s-versions Gets the list of available kubernetes versions available for minikube
  ip               Retrieves the IP address of the running cluster
  logs             Gets the logs of the running localkube instance, used for debugging minikube, not user code
  mount            Mounts the specified directory into minikube
  profile          Profile sets the current minikube profile
  service          Gets the kubernetes URL(s) for the specified service in your local cluster
  ssh              Log into or run a command on a machine with SSH; similar to 'docker-machine ssh'
  ssh-key          Retrieve the ssh identity key path of the specified cluster
  start            Starts a local kubernetes cluster
  status           Gets the status of a local kubernetes cluster
  stop             Stops a running local kubernetes cluster
  update-context   Verify the IP address of the running cluster in kubeconfig.
  version          Print the version of minikube

Flags:
      --alsologtostderr                  log to standard error as well as files
  -h, --help                             help for minikube
      --log_backtrace_at traceLocation   when logging hits line file:N, emit a stack trace (default :0)
      --log_dir string                   If non-empty, write log files in this directory
      --logtostderr                      log to standard error instead of files
  -p, --profile string                   The name of the minikube VM being used.
        This can be modified to allow for multiple minikube instances to be run independently (default "minikube")
      --stderrthreshold severity         logs at or above this threshold go to stderr (default 2)
      --test.bench regexp                run only benchmarks matching regexp
      --test.benchmem                    print memory allocations for benchmarks
      --test.benchtime d                 run each benchmark for duration d (default 1s)
      --test.blockprofile file           write a goroutine blocking profile to file
      --test.blockprofilerate rate       set blocking profile rate (see runtime.SetBlockProfileRate) (default 1)
      --test.count n                     run tests and benchmarks n times (default 1)
      --test.coverprofile file           write a coverage profile to file
      --test.cpu list                    comma-separated list of cpu counts to run each test with
      --test.cpuprofile file             write a cpu profile to file
      --test.memprofile file             write a memory profile to file
      --test.memprofilerate rate         set memory profiling rate (see runtime.MemProfileRate)
      --test.mutexprofile string         write a mutex contention profile to the named file after execution
      --test.mutexprofilefraction int    if >= 0, calls runtime.SetMutexProfileFraction() (default 1)
      --test.outputdir dir               write profiles to dir
      --test.parallel n                  run at most n tests in parallel (default 12)
      --test.run regexp                  run only tests and examples matching regexp
      --test.short                       run smaller test suite to save time
      --test.timeout d                   fail test binary execution after duration d (0 means unlimited) (default 0s)
      --test.trace file                  write an execution trace to file
      --test.v                           verbose: print additional output
  -v, --v Level                          log level for V logs
      --vmodule moduleSpec               comma-separated list of pattern=N settings for file-filtered logging

Use "minikube [command] --help" for more information about a command.

What you expected to happen:
I expected to see the helptext without any of the --text.X flags.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
run minikube.exe with no args

I wonder if this is obsolete? It seems like Windows should behave like other platforms here.
