Using Kubernetes Secrets As Secret Source

The purpose of this feature request is to request that an existing Kubernetes cluster's secrets be configurable as secret sources for secretGenerator.

This would provide an option for a source of secrets that could be easily shared between team members to make builds more communal without having to store any secrets on local disk.

#845 provides a prospective implementation for consideration.
