Add an option to create and use a ConfigMap for custom-headers(for ongoing requests) in Kubernetes Ingress by changing Ingress Variable file and adding few templates. Currently, there is nearly identical option to create a ConfigMap for features like TCP services and UDP services.
Why is this needed
The change will be small and straightforward, allowing future users to add custom-headers without implementing such functionality in Kubespray themselves. Just as already existing feature of adding TCP&UDP services, it is small thingy that will make life of a sysadmin little bit easier.
