What would you like to be added:

Using configmap to configure calico config instead of calico.conflist.template

Why is this needed:

configmap is closer to the calico community, refer to https://github.com/projectcalico/calico/blob/41dfce31f8a7702ca2aaec2beaffb1c5b326d3e9/manifests/calico.yaml#L59

configmap is a more cloud-native way, do not worry about the /etc/cni/net.d/calico.conflist.template loss
