development version

I have a question about development version. There are many "enhancement" and one of them are also related to history. Are those included in development version, please? I am thinking to switch to development version.

Presumably, you're looking at open issues labelled "enhancement". Those are things that haven't been done yet. They're requests for new features and other enhancements. Hopefully they'll make it into the development version at some point.
