Hello.

What's your recommended HTML structure for font-size based customized container width?

Media breakpoints not effecting and .row div overflowing when I increased root font size.

Or what is the right way to change the container width?

Have you tried view width? https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_css_responsive_text.asp
