✨ Integer type: Extension properties for instance creation

Problem: Making arithmetic operations with Integer type involve boilerplate code that increases with the number of integers involved in the operation.

Integer.from(2147483647) + Integer.from(1) // 2147483648
Integer.from(-2147483648) - Integer.from(1) // -2147483649
Integer.from(2147483647) * Integer.from(2) // 4294967294

Solution: Provide n extension property on Long and Int for creating an instance of Integer from decimal literals (name inspired from BigInt type provided by JavaScript).
