Update jQuery Post Capture to support input names as arrays

Use an updated fork of jQuery Post Capture
(https://github.com/robertstaddon/jQuery-PostCapture) that supports
input names as arrays (See
ssut/jQuery-PostCapture#2). This will allow us
to handle date fields with multiple inputs ("Date Picker" or "Date
Dropdown") in a multipage form.
