`BarWidget` CSS leaks out to other elements

When using BarWidget, the bar_widget.css CSS stylesheet leaks out to other outputs in a notebook. Here, div.container is used by other Jupyter outputs, causing for example the JSON display to show as Arial font instead of monospace.
