Bro, this usually happens when the app isn't actually reading your API keys. Since you're running it locally, here is the exact fix:

Rename your file: Make sure you actually renamed the .env.example file to exactly .env.

Restart the Server: This is the most common mistake! Vite does not hot-reload .env files. If you pasted the keys while the terminal was already running, press Ctrl+C to stop it, and run npm run dev again.

Check your API Billing: If you added an OpenAI or Anthropic key but your account balance is $0, the API will silently block the requests and the panels will hang forever.
