Hello,

randomly I get the following error message. I use knutwurst custom firmware 1.5.3
I use a Anycubic MEGA X printer.
What could be the reason?

Likely your printer is not able to reach and hold the requested 225°C

While this should theoretically be possible, I've read several times about stock hardware not being able to reach the max. temperature. I have replaced the wiring harness (for different reasons) with a slightly greater diameter and also use a different power supply, so I do not have any issues with stable >230°C. Before it sometimes hit the same error when there was unwanted air or the room was slightly colder than usual.

if @stklcode is correct, you might be able to nudge it a bit with insulation on the hotend - like a silicone sock.
