Shi7_learning.py has Trimmomatic fail if parent folder has a space in the name

As the title suggests, it seems like a space in the name of the parent folder or location causes errors in the Trimmomatic component of Shi7.

I ran Shi7_learning.py in a folder at /home/system/location/WGS data/ and got the same error as seen in issue 58 (#58), even though Java is installed.

Changed the file path to /home/system/location/WGS_data/ by renaming the parent folder, and Shi7 runs without any error.

Hi Gabe, I haven't tried this recently so it may be fixed.
