doc/macos/jdk: invalid brew install command provided.

Hello world :-)

Documentation [1] for latest and develop gives invalid OpenJDK command on macOS with brew. AdoptOpenJDK8 is abandoned. Modern Buildozer/P4A uses OpenJDK17 anyways. Please update :-)
