chore: version control the VSIX for verification
To be able to download the VSIX from the IDE2 build, it has to be available somewhere. This commit puts the release-preview VSIX under version control. Ref: arduino#46 Signed-off-by: Akos Kitta <a.kitta@arduino.cc>
