How can we do tests?

Test bpf programs using BPF_PROG_TEST_RUN
We will provide k8s manifests for an example deployment of cgnet as a DaemonSet

Running the cgnet-exporter in k8s needs a cluster running on nodes with Kernel >= 4.10
Because of the cgroup-ebpf features.
