NOT AN ISSUE: Touch Icons

Hi there again.

I have added touch icons to the demo I am running.
They are not the greatest ( I need to revisit why the background on a png is showing black ) but here are the logo's from your site resized.

Along side this I added the links to the header on my side I used the assets folder as other loader images etc etc were in that locale.

I'll incorporate touch icons into the next release (coming later today I hope). I might need to make a full square version (without the tail) to prevent the black background showing.

I'll take a look over this https://github.com/audreyr/favicon-cheat-sheet and add a bullet proof solution.

Those are the other sizes should ya want them in the interim.
