Enhance A Video lowers quality

Ive changed the values of the node a lot. When the value or end percent is too large it produces a ton of noise. When it is low it can sometimes help with face and hands but lowers the overall quality. Are there recommendations on how to use it? Right now ive been trying strength of 1.5, 0 start, .75 end on 1280x<720x37.

It doesn't really work with low frame count. With longer clips it should be better.

It can work with lower frame counts if you use very low weight or end it early, the default of 4 was for something like 93 frames iirc.
