[REQ]: Upload Notes Can Add New Line.

Upload Notes is nice feature for make user know what the size limit, etc. But for now, the Upload Notes is little bit ugly, and also cannot add new line using "\n" or "<br>"

Describe the solution you'd like

• It would be nice if the notes is using dark gray on white background or dark white on dark background
• Can add newline for aesthetic purpose.
• If possible, add notes on bottom of modal, like screenshot bellow
