Default CSGO gloves not showing in demo #42

After the latest CSGO update the standard CSGO gloves no longer show in server demos.

In the game everything is fine, but if I get a demo from the server and some player is using the game's default glove, the hands are simply invisible.

That's just with the CT and TR standard gloves, choosing a glove is all right.

I already changed the cvar sm_gloves_enable_world_model to 0 for testing and still nothing.

Any fixes we can apply to fix @kgns?
