Monokai themes broken after package update #89

I just updated several packages (clicked on "update all", so cannot tell whether Monokai theme was one of them?), and now monokai (v0.19.0) and atom-monokai (0.10.8) themes do not seem to work (specifically, I cannot see any syntax highlighting when they are selected).

Here is my current version (I'm on OSX El Capitan, 10.11.6):

Atom : 1.12.6
Electron: 1.3.9
Chrome : 52.0.2743.82
Node : 6.5.0

The themes versions are given above, and I use the UI theme "Atom Dark". I tried disabling all community packages, but that doesn't seem to change anything. Please let me know if you need more details, I'm not sure what additional information would be useful.

That seems to be a duplicate, it should be merged with issue #84
The solution seems to be to upgrade Atom's version to 1.14.
