Shortcut for opening the password generator at main menu

I could have sworn that CTRL+G used to let you open the password generator without having to create or edit an entry and selecting the password field. Whether that was the case or I'm misremembering, having to mouse over and click the generator icon is a bit inconvenient, and having a shortcut to quickly bring up the Generate Password window would be useful. Sometimes, I just want to quickly generate some random string with no desire to save it as an entry.

Perhaps there could be some warning near the bottom of the window that warns the user that what they generate there isn't being saved to an entry, and there could be an option to make a new entry with it.

Ctrl+G works when you are editing an entry password only.
