Driver Problem

My new problem is:
After a while running jamulus my driver passes away, my signal is distored. After restart Jamulus it will work for a while and then it breaks again... I made an update last week...any help avaiable ? Thanks a lot !

@NobbieJam I believe there is a bug in jack audio "softmode" that can cause this. Next jambox release will have this disabled.

In the meantime, you can disable it with the following commands:

sudo cp -p /etc/jackdrc /etc/jackdrc.bak
sudo sed -i "s/ -s//" /etc/jackdrc

@NobbieJam I suggest you try my new release 1.4.0b1, I think it will work better.

Thanks, Kevin. Since i placed the two lines above, the fault doesnt came back...yesterday i ran „update apps“ for the new jamulus version.
The new release of jambox will cause a new (full) installation with making all settings new, right ?

yes, any settings changes will need to be made again on new image.
