Pi with fan?

It is essential to install a fan in the Pi 4(2Gb) for Jamulus?

@AlfLavCH I avoid fans, they make noise and they eventually fail.
I prefer a metal case that acts as a heat sink, like this one from Vilros:

You can get it in a kit with the Raspberry Pi and power supply:

That case won't work if you use a HAT card. Then you would need to use the little stick-on heat sinks:
