fix: correct stale hardcoded status count (70) to match actual 62-code dataset

index.html shipped a static 'statusText' badge and 'resultCount' label
hardcoded to 70 codes / 70 of 70, left over from an earlier version of
the dataset. app.js has always contained 62 IANA-registered codes
(matching the README), and overwrites these values at runtime, but the
static markup shown before/without JS displayed the wrong count.
