AMI download manifest and license, files do not exist

I found in ami_dlownload.sh, url of manifest and license point to files that do not exist. I find many files in https://groups.inf.ed.ac.uk/ami/download/temp/, but i don't know which one to use.

TODO fix this with Pawel, files don't exist anymore,
