When using earthly +all-arm it is possible to pass a non-arm flavor e.g. --FLAVOR=opensuse-leap instead of --FLAVOR=opensuse-leap-arm-rpi. ATM all-arm target is only used for building rpi and orin images, so it should not allow this situation, specially because opensuse-leap is the default flavor, so if the flag is not passed this is what is built.
