Filter NMEA stream on message type and on receiver (maybe others?)

To see if a certain receiver is working fine, or to see through which receiver an nmea sequence is received, make it possible to filter on receiver and/or mmsi, maybe multiple? also on channel and message type maybe?

No in the webviewer, where you can now only filter on mmsi :)

Yes, makes it a bit easier to see if your inputs are working correctly and if they receive the same data. Have been testing with C and D channel and was actually surprised to see some data being send here in the neigherhood
