As a user
I should be able to install Otto via Slack
So that I can start using the bot

Save Identity information from Slack
Redirect to welcome page on first install
Redirect to settings page on subsequent logins
Settings page lists the Slack information
Otto DMs with the user to welcome them (only first install)
