Multiple Chatgpt Subscriptions (oauth)?

Is there a way to manage multiple ChatGPT subscriptions via OAuth in code?
Background: my usage with Codex is heavier than what a single ChatGPT Plus account allows, but it doesn’t justify a Pro subscription. Using three accounts works well. Is there a way to either:

1. distribute requests across multiple OpenAI OAuth accounts, or
2. automatically switch to the next configured account when one runs out of tokens?

If not, consider, load distribution would be better because it allows longer parallel runs and because OpenAI doesn’t start the usage-reset countdown until an account is actually used. In other words, the earlier an account starts seeing traffic, the sooner its usage resets.

Yeah interesting idea! You can fairly easily switch between accounts with /login however it would be nice if we had a setting which automatically fell over to another account/API key when the window for one account finishes.
