When a long cell is executed, notebook scrolls to the top of this cell

Thanks @andrii-i ... Here is the video showing just an example notebook, mostly with spaces to get the cell larger than the height of the screen. I place the cursor in multiple locations and submit the cell with Ctrl+Enter. When the bottom of the notebook is within the viewable area and the cell is submitted, the notebook scrolls to the top of the cell. In my instance it scrolls to the top of the cell that was executed and not the top of the notebook.
