MCP Support

Problem

Given the rise in popularity of MCP, I would like JupyterAI to support MCP, ideally with Auth so that the AI Companion can have access to additional forms of context (e.g. MCP SSE connections to JIRA/BitBucket/Git/etc)

Proposed Solution

An option to configure MCP Servers in a tab similar to the LLM configuration.

This was a recent development that we are still exploring, so we don't have an issue for that yet. I'll open one, document our current plan, and close this issue in favor of the new issue. 👍
