Consider removing or remaking the Usage report dashboards current memory use panel #76

I think the panel in the "usage report" dashboard providing information about users current memory consumption could benefit from being remade or removed for two reasons.

  1. It looks like this when we have many users

  2. Another dashboard's panel does a good job for this now
