BubbleAttachPopupView 在rtl布局情况下，左中右三个目标view绑定后，右边的view弹窗位置正确但是箭头的位置并未在目标位置下方，偏移位置异常 #1223

描述你的问题
页面三个view分别处于页面靠左边，靠中，靠右，ltr情况下正常，当rtl后，屏幕右边的view点击弹出气泡后，出现箭头偏移异常情况，并未在view下方，PopupContentView的位置正常与view右对齐。另外两个按钮点击弹窗后箭头的左边和气泡圆角那里出现间隙
