How can I proceed to install Mapguide Maestro 6.0 on my Ubuntu 22.04?
Is it possible, I tried using the zip file, but I was unsuccessful.

I don't think this will work on Mono.
This may have worked when Maestro was a legacy .net Framework 4.x application.
But MapGuide Maestro is now a .net 6.0 application with completely different binary and runtime semantics from a legacy 4.x application.
