I'm getting error #16

Hi, this error will be easy for ruby developers but I'm not a ruby developer and I can't solve it although investigating in google. That's the error:

$ make deps
bundle install
/opt/homebrew/opt/ruby/bin/bundle:25:in `load': cannot load such file -- /opt/homebrew/Cellar/ruby/3.3.0/lib/ruby/gems/3.3.0/gems/bundler-2.5.7/exe/bundle (LoadError)
	from /opt/homebrew/opt/ruby/bin/bundle:25:in `<main>'
make: *** [deps] Error 1

How can I solve that? Thanks.
