Sort Tab Does Not Appear When Add Another Button is Pressed

Just what it says on the tin. When the 'Add Another ___' button is pressed, the new row is not able to be sorted.

This might be the reason for my problems. I can't create new items through admin because sort isn't available. When creating new objects, sort number should be assigned based on the order in the list (1, 2, 3, 4, etc.) but instead it will be all default values (0, 0, 0, 0, etc.).

This is still a bug, isn't it?

Only existing entries are sortable, but new added one can be only sort, after a save/reload, isn't it?
