Reverse proxy error 502 #47

Is it possible to put this behind a reverse proxy? With a normal setup in Apache that works for most other services, I'm getting this error.

ProxyPass / http://127.0.0.1:12227/
ProxyPassReverse / http://127.0.0.1:12227/

I have tried forwarding websockets too, with no success.
