Add multiple limits when limiting IDs

Adding the ability to set multiple limits would be awesome, for example:

const limiter = new Rimiter({
  "rates": {
    "second": 5,
    "day": 5000,
    "2 hours": 50
  }
})

The above would allow 5 requests per second, 50 every 20 hours and 5,000 every day.
